Is school dress code in violation of civil rights and the first amendment. (free speech and expressions the way you dress is how you express your self.)

A school can impose certain dress codes but not ones in general that are directed toward free speech or political expression. That you are dressing to express who you are would not be a protected class of people. The issue is not in practice very clear.

Nice try, no brass ring. Schools can impose dress codes, just like they can with discipline and behavior standards.
