Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

i was living in a home with a man for two yrs as a friend that we watch out for each other he was not in the greatest health .he went into the hospital and pasted away and the kid came from out of state and told me the day after his death that i have three days to be out. what can i do they are giving me a hard time and its only been two day after his death

You were lawfully in the house. The descendants have no right to force you to leave, without at least going through the unlawful detainer process. Until someone is appointed executor of the estate of the man who passed away, it is unclear that any one has the right to commence that process.
