What motion can file to get a permanent restraining order thrown out if I have evidence that it was obtained by fraud?

You may make a motion to terminate the order. However don't try to do it yourself. The courts are not a place for amatures. Contact me directly.

Just as you described, to set aside an order. You have to do it right, have proof, etc. Most people hire an attorney to do so. Feel free to contact me if serious about doing so.
