Login Fraud

If an internet business determines that logins to their site were fraud committed from your IP, even if it was not accomplished, are u still liable for the crime? If so, what consequences can you face if you are responsible?

It depends upon the fraud and the extent to which it was accomplished.

It sounds as if you want to commit fraud only part way, and you are trying to determine where that line is. No one here will assist in the comission of any fraud. If the action is in the past, and you are not seeking advice about eh future, then I suggest you post a more specific question to a criminal law attorney.
