Legal Question in Constitutional Law in California

I'm writing from an alcohol addiction treatment center and we are in the process of setting up a website. We were wondering if it is legal for us to have a contact page that would allow friends or family members of someone with a drinking problem to submit their loved ones email address and we could then email that person directly. Basically is it ok for us to send an email to someone if they did not give us their email address, but their friend or family member did?

Yes it is ok even if they did not give you their email address but you cannot send junk mail/ spam. Also you cannot harass or other prohibited conduct.
