Re: New Home poorly made

You are talking about construction defect litigation. If you have, or can get, credible evidence to back up your claims, such as licensed contractors repair estimates, certified inspector's reports, etc., and you have made proper requests to the builder for correction that have been ignored, and you are within the statute of limitations, then feel free to contact me to discuss the case.

Re: New Home poorly made

The builder has the right to repair construction defects and there are certain procedures that must be followed when making this request. Feel free to contact my office. We handle these type of cases and have an office in Ontario, CA, which is fairly close to your location based on your zip code.
