Re: Dealer Renigs on contract

Probably not. Your contract is the deal. Unless the dealership made a mistake and you knew of the mistake at the time of signing the papers.

Tell the dealership that you want to change the deal too - that you want to reduce the purchase price to $500.

By the way, we have a few cases against dealerships. We may be able to help you if the dealership attempts to press the issue with you.

Re: Dealer Renigs on contract

the terms of the sales contract would dictate your and the dealership's rights and/or obligations under the contract. the dealer cannot come back at you now, after already executing the contract, and demand more money. thats absurd, unless the mistake that was made was known by you at the time you contracted with the dealership, or you had reason to know a mistake was made, i.e. the sales price seemed unreasonably unfair and far too low for what similarly situated vehicles were selling for at the time. you should retain an affordable attorney to look over your sales contract and advise you legally from there before listening to the dealer. if you would like further assistance, contact us today.

Re: Dealer Renigs on contract

This happens all the time. The usual BS story from the dealership is "your financing was not approved" or some such. Tell them to go fish and if they repo the car you will sue. Or just do nothing.
