Finding the Agent for Service
I am trying to sue Air Canada in small claims and I can't find any information with the secretary of state regarding their agent for service. I don't think they have any offices here in California. Whom can I designated as agent or who do I serve?

I don't know. Why don't you call its corporate office and ask who is the agent for service of process in the U.S.?
