Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

i called people pc in january 2007 and requested that my service be cancelled due to i was having issues with eithor their service or my computer i was told no problem it will be cancelled months later i notice im still bill they state they wont refund my monies they dont d refunds but in there legal aggr. it doesnt state that i found that this company has been doing this for years to thousands of customers u cancel they state they can find a record of it but they wil cancel it again but you cant get mony back for the months you didnt use its thousands of us out there that they are taking and have taken money for using this method i cant expl. the whole deatils of it because i dont have the room to do so but what can i do to stop them who do i call can we sue its impossible to get the owner on the phone or corporate and the customer service agents are in East India please help tell me what to do
