What the dealer is doing is trying to get you to come in and change the terms of the contract. This is a very common occurance - - similar to bait and switch. You should see an attorney on Monday morning and have them send a demand letter that the dealer comply with the terms of the retail instalmen sales contract. Find someone who specializes in car fraud cases (like my office) and knows what they are doing. Otherwise you may not get the best results.

If you are out of my area then go to www.naca.net and find an auto fraud attorney to help you out.
