Is it possible to sue a company for delivering a TV which is infested with cockroaches to my house?

Sure. As in any lawsuit, you would have to prove your case: that the TV was infested with cockroaches; and that you incurred damages as a result (for example emotional distress, extermination/fumigation expense, psychiatrist bills for your chronic inability to watch television anymore without thinking about cockroaches). The company's insurance company's lawyers and expert witnesses will claim your house was already infested, not only with cockroaches, but also with rats, mice, and bedbugs; and they will bring a Professor of Entomology who will testify that cockroaches don't bite and that they are really harmless, cuddly creatures. so you could not have suffered any damages. Sue now, don't get bitten by legal time limits.
