Old Debt that was not inlcuded in CH 7 BK

I had a debt that my attorney

forgot to add to my ch 7 BK, can the

creditor go after me after the bk

was discharged? bk was filed in

2005

No. Inadvertently omitted debt is also discharged in a no-asset Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

See your attorney to reopen and add this debt to the bankruptcy
