Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Evication on credit report

Because of poor judgement on my part I was evicated from apartment 32 months ago. I have been renting a room from a friend but would like to get a place of my own. So far I have been rejected at every turn. I might add that because of same poor judgement I was forced into BK7 that covered the evication costs. I am not proud of what happened just very foolish for it. Any suggestions? I have re-established my self and wiser for the past

Re: Evication on credit report

You may want to try a credit repair service. Even if it offers only a temporary solution, you may be able to find an apartment and reestablish your credit again. You can call my office for credit repair information at (818) 992-6588. Good luck to you.

Re: Evication on credit report

We do flat rate credit repair. However, you need to be aware that negative items of credit on your credit report that are verified and accurate cannot be removed until the statutory time passes.

If you use a credit repair service beware of claims that they can remove everything including bankruptcies. Many claims of credit repair are not accurate or are illegal schemes.

I would be happy to speak with you about this.
