Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Help! I can't find the car I co-signed for

I co-signed on a vehicle about 2 yrs ago and I cannot find the driver nor can I find the car and the bank is ready to reposses the car. What do I do? I've tried everything, now it's time for some legal advice.

No, 2 years ago was the time for legal advice (don't ever co-sign). You could hire a private investigator, repo the car yourself (if you can do so peaceably) and sell it. Probably it will be easier to let the bank do these things. Then you would sue the person, if you can find them.
