Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Repossession of proptery

A court demands that person A must pay person B for damages, but Person A does not pay or acknowledge letters the court sent to remind them of their debt - how long after the case must a court wait before repossession of Person A's property in place of the money owed can occur?
