Can I be served a SAS notice? While my case was dismissed without predjuce?

I'm not sure what an "SAS notice" is. If your case has been dismissed without prejudice, it is over. However, the creditor could at some point file another lawsuit if it wishes, but it must be within the statute of limitations' time limits.
