Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

complaint

I filied a complaint on a spellcaster who was not returning my money.I keep calling her and she would not answer any of my phone calls it was over 3 months. So I felt I was being scam or she was a fraud which I think I had every right to feel that way. Well today I called her to ask about my money and finally she answered after 3 months. So I asked about my money and she asked me why I put what I did on the internet ruining her reputation. I told her I did not know it was going to be posted and asked her what I was suppose to think when she would not answer any of my call. She told me that she wants me to take it off and then we can talk about my money. And when I mentioned that I need the money because my mom my get suied for a bill that I have that I need to send her money for she told me she wont be the only one getting suied. What can I do and can she sue me for filing a complaint on her?

Re: complaint

From now on, whenever you post something to the internet, first run it through Spell Check and you should be fine.
