these warrents are from 1995 iwas locked up in 1997 for possess of marijuana(1oz) guilty,convicted did time ,payed fine active warrents (vc121461.5,vc140508a,vc 1ctcivass)

Your best bet is to hire a lawyer to attempt to clear up these warrants without your having to be present. Alternatively, you can come down and show by in court by yourself - probably not the best idea.

I would advise against remaining a fugitive for the rest of your life.

OK, you got a jaywalking ticket in 1995, and you didn't appear in court like you promised. You can either remain a fugitive in California; you can come to CA and face the music; or you can hire a CA attorney to go to court and clear the warrants for you.

You've got to turn yourself into the issuing court, with or without an attorney helping you. IF you can show they are in error, they will be withdrawn and cleared.
