If you are being criminally charged, it is likely a felony with substantial prison time. If you are being civilly sued, they seek money. It could be both. Get an attorney. If it is in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me.

It is impossible to evaluate your case without knowing the facts. Only an attorney who has carefully and thoroughly reviewed your case could advise you on your chances of prevailing at trial.

Feel free to contact me for a free consultation if you are looking to retain a lawyer in Southern California. If you do not have the money for a private lawyer, a public defender will be made available to you.
