Before you ask what you'll get, think about if they can prove it or if you can fight.

It depends on the specific facts, your blood alcohol level and any other record.

If this is in or near Orange County and you want to discuss it further. Let me know.

A prosecutor to want substantial penalty and punishment, and an alcohol education program. Hire an attorney to help you in this; you're going to need it.

Re: DUI and Drunk in public

It depends on the county your in and the facts of each situation. Your question implies you expect to be found guilty of all charges. The penalties your facing could be harsh so I would suggest at the very least you should consult with an attorney and find out the options available to you.

For example, you stated you "got a dui in a car accident." Well were you driving? had you been drinking?, How many automobiles were involved in the accident? How did the accident occur? How bad were your injuries? did you sustain a head injury? All these questions along with many more might supply information which could effect the outcome of your case. I suggest you contact an attorney immediately. Good Luck
