false report by police
I was arrested for 11377(a)HS i was at the wrong place at wrong time you say i was mistakenly thought to be a suspect in a robbery that had occured in the area before being placed under arrested for possession, i was shot with taser gun , now i see in the arrest report the officer is lieing saying that i was combative and faught with him completly fabricated , i didnt even know i was suspect of a crime or that he was an officer ! should i file a complaint with his department re: false report also unnessesary tasing i recieved?what are my options i did have small amount of drugs on me but to be tased and he covers his action with a lie.

I would not file any complaints until your criminal case is concluded. You need an effective lawyer to carefully review your case and let you know what your options are.
