TRY to get the CO probation department and a facility in CO to provide a formal / official acceptance letter[s] and contract[s] to you. Then, you will have to use them and file an appropriate motion seeking such transfer, using whatever legal, factual and sympathy arguments may be available to TRY to convince the court and local probation department to allow this. Such transfers are seldom granted, but it is possible with a strong showing of good cause. If serious about hiring counsel to do so, feel free to contact me to discuss the issues and costs of such process.
