Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Trying to get a felony reduction, closure, expunged

I have a felony for an accessory to a strong arm robbery. I am now off probation and was wondering if I could get a felony reduction of some sort, whether it be sealing, expunging, or closing. I just need to know if anything can be done, or am I stuck with it the way it is forever.

If prison time was served or ordered, no expungement. Some other limitations apply. Contact me to discuss the facts and costs if you think you qualify.

Assuming that the case can be reduced to a misdemeanor, I will terminate your probation, reduce your felony to a misdemeanor and expunge your record. If it cannot be reduced to a misdemeanor and you did no prison time, i will terminate your probation and expunge your record.
