Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

How do I file with the federal northern courts an order to show cause why I did not show up to my subpoena to testify before a grand jury? Where can I get help in filing and writting this order?

You don't file an OSC when you did not show. You need an attorney because you may be facing contempt of court. ... If they have sent the OSC, you respond to it...

You can get help in 'responding to' the OSC by hiring an attorney that knows how, or you can go to the law library and start reading and learning Federal Procedure and Practice to figure out what needs to go into your response in order to convince the court to not punish you, or at least minimize it. You could hire the attorney to only prepare the pleadings for you, and/or you could hire him to appear for you.
