Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Well i have this issue with this rat or neighbor i dont know what i should call her she broke into my house about 2years ago and stold many things like clothing jewelry makeup tools and ect.... in cash it was worth more than 4,000 an ntil now i found out it was her I have seen her wearing my clothes and well my stuff what can i do about it or can i still do something about it.

Is there a reason you have not called the police? I would think that would be you first option.

as Mr. Kane said, the only thing you could do is report it, if you want her prosecuted. For something done 2 years ago, that may be difficult at this point. From there (after receiving the report, if one is taken), the DA would decide to file any charges they deem appropriate, and for which the statute of limitations has not expired. Or, if you can prove any of it, you may be able to sue the person civilly, in small claims. Same issue there with time delay/ laches. Good luck!
