Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

If a juror new the defendent and didn't tell anyone and they found out later that she lived in the same area and new the parents of the defendent and is writing to that defendent is there anthing they can do to charge her with a crime of some sort?????

Perjury comes to mind. The juror needs a lawyer and she should tell her attorney the truth so he/she can best defend her, should this all come to light. David Wallin
