If you have a misdeameanor warrant for say $10,000 in Calif and you flee the state, will another state be able to pick that up if you get stopped for a routine traffic stop?

Yes, it is possible you would end up being hauled to California following a routine traffic stop in another state.

Warrants do not expire, they are forever. They catch up to the people being pursued 99 percent of the time, sooner or later.

Be proactive and deal with the California charges immediately. Life as a fugitive will most likely be miserable. The stress and fear will always be with you, even if only in the back of your mind.

Of course. You'd be arrested and transported back to court in cuffs. I suggest you clear it by handling the charges properly. If it is in SoCAL, feel free to contact me if serious about getting counsel to help you do so.

Life as a fugitive is No Fun. Interstate flight to avoid prosecution is a federal offense.

Yes, an out-of-state traffic stop can result in an arrest followed by being released within a day or three if you're lucky, or several days on prison buses if you're not.
