Can A passenger in a vech. Charged with 11379 ( A ) after an officer finds meth (.089) grams on the ground outside the passenger window of vech. That has no prior coviction for drugs, get the charge reduced to 11377 (A) ? If why, and can probation be a sentence in place of mail and or prison ?
