Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I am on Post Release Community Supervision and my probation officer has added special terms and conditions to my supervision that do not pertain to my conviction. Is that lawful or legally allowed?

He is the boss; unless you get a judge to overturn his 'requirements' [unlikely] they are part of the terms of your probation. Failure to comply results in probation violation, at his discretion.
