on probation and picked up another charge

I am currently on probation for a meth possesion and just picked up the same charge am i eligible for drug court and is it separate from the probation violation

The new case is separate from probation violation. That said, the prosecution could opt not to file a new case and proceed on probation violation only.

Depending on the facts of your case, and what kind of drug treatment you got on the first case - whether DEJ or Prop. 36, you might be eligible for Prop 36 or Drug Court on both cases combined.

No and yes. Time to face reality and the consequences of your actions. You face jail/prison on PV and new charges. You'd better get an attorney to help minimize the penalties you face and try to keep you out of jail. Feel free to contact me if serious about doing so.
