Probation Violation, Pending misd. Battery Case

How soon after an arrested does

your probation officer know you've

been arrested? Or does he know, can

he find out, will he find out

what???... Also Iam out on bail with

my first court date on August 5. I

wanna know if Its better to tell him

or can I wait it out without him

finding out and me facing a possible

Probation violation.PLease ANY info

would help.

First: contact a lawyer who knows how to handle these types of issues. As a former Deputy D.A., we have handled 100's of these. 2: contact your P.O. The court will contact him ultimately, you can wait for that or do so yourself if you think honesty will sit better with him. No best answer which works. Of course you are facing a PV. If serious about hiring legal counsel for this, feel free to contact me.
