restraining order violation

my husband and i went to court on tuesday july 1st. his ex girlfriend is claiming by a third part. he violated the restraing order. i dont have alot of money if i could be set up on a payment plan. i have $500 dollars for a down payment and i could give another $500 on the 15th when i get paid. i was trying to get a bail bond but first it 50,000 and now they say it is at 100,000 and i dont know why. i know they made a mistake but i do really need some help with this my husband is not guilty of what his ex is alleging. can someone please help us.

Have him apply for Public Defender, that's what they are for. He faces prison time, and private counsel costs will be in the tens of thousands of dollars.

I assume that the Court appointed a Public Defender for him??? Bail amounts vary by County and charge so no comments there...also cannot tell if this is a misdemeanor of felony???? Whatever else happens he must have Counsel..PD or private.
