First option, get another but much harder treatment program called Proposition 36. If you do not want that, or you fail in that program too, the next option is probation with county jail time. How much time would depend on the court where your case took place.

A felony 11377 carries up to one year in county jail OR a 16mo, 2yr, or 3yr term in state prison; up to a $1,000 fine plus penalties and assessments; and generally 3 years of formal probation, if probation is granted. You need to talk to your attorney/public defender as soon as possible. If you did not have an attorney when you agreed to complete the drug program, I cannot begin to stress enough, how important it is for you to retain legal counsel immediately!
