Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

i was wondering about obsenity laws and internet porn laws in california, city of san bernardino, county of san bernardino..me and my wife are considering becoming models/performers on a live sex website for private members....is there any illegal issue with this, cause we dont want to break the law no matter what. are ther laws against performing live sex for private members over the age of 18?

There are numerous criminal pornography laws, local, state and federal, and numerous criminal and civil case decisions covering all these issues. The only reason there aren't more arrests is that there are limited law enforcement resources and many criminals. No matter what you do to 'protect' yourself, you risk arrest sooner or later when the authorities get around to you, despite what you may be told by other advocates of such conduct.
