Legal Question in Discrimination Law in California

The california DMV recently sent me my license plate after buying my car. The plate said, 6PUTO92. Obviously that is very offenseive word in spanish and I was very offended by it. I tried contacting the DMV to send me a different one. Can I sue them for sending me an inappropriate license plate number?

Sue? No. Just take it to DMV and request a new one.

The plate is 6PUT092, not 6PUTO92. Get a grip. In addition, you can only sue the government for what the government allows itself to be sued for under the Government Code. Offending your hypersensitive personal moral issues is not one of the grounds allowed.
