Is this sexual and Age discrimination?
I can not put my domestic partner of 24 years on my insurance because we are not gay or over the age of 62. ''Family Code Section 297-297.5'' We fit all the criteria except the age and gender. What would it take to change this code? Other then having to get married or have a sex change. What are my rights?
