Legal Question in Discrimination Law in California

I was wrongfully arrested twice in a months period both for some things I didn't do. It costed me 1100.00 total for bail plus alot of my time. Can I sue for this?

You can sue a public entity and its employees for acting illegally. You must file their form claim [or something containing all that information] with them within 180 days of the incident. Since you have not told us any of the facts, none of lus can say what you chance of winning is.
