Legal Question in DUI Law in California

I was charged with a DuI on Oct. of 07 and currently I'm atending the DUI lectures program and I want to remove my probation; is there a way to do this right away?

In California it is very difficult to get rid of probation prior to three years on a DUI. It is now law that judges should not remove probation prior to three years on this sort of violation. I can discuss this with you in further detail if you would like.
