I missed a court date for a dui, when i go to reset it will i be arrested in california?

In no county that I am familliar with but your best bet is to call your lawyer. If you don't have a lawyer you should either hire one or call the public defender. In any case you should take care of this immediately so you don't end up in jail.

Probably not, as long as you do this promptly and check in at the clerks office to explain and request a court appearance on the case.
