Re: Out of state dui

If you turn yourself in through an attorney, the penalties for your Failure to Appear and the Warrant should be minimized as part of a plea bargain on the DUI. If it is your only/first DUI, there should not be much if any jail time, but will be classes and fines. If it is in SoCal area, contact me if interested in getting it done before you have a traffic stop and get arrested.
