writing a book

Is it legal for some one to write a book about you in their prospective and to use real name(s) have it plublished and to not ask your aprovel or any other person(s) who's name was mentioned?

Are you considered a public figure? That would qualify you as a fair subject for publication, if, however, you are not, your consent is essential.

Generally, probably not. However, if the person is reporting only publicly-available information, they might not need your permission. Because determination of such rights of privacy and publicity tend to be fact-specific, it is difficult to give a precise answer without knowing the particular facts of your case.
