Legal Question in Family Law in California

amanstapation at 17

Im 17yrs old I live in southern cali, I just moved here about 8mths ago.

My grandmother lives in fl, yes she knows im here. im not here with family, I have been on my own since i have been 14 my mom is currently in prison. I dont have a job and im not in school i would like to go back asap. what can i do about this i hope someone can help me
