Legal Question in Family Law in California

Temporary Restraining Order

Wife filed a false domestic battery report (90% of what she mentioned on the report is false), then used it to get a temporary restraining order not to go near her, my son and my house. The hearing is in 3 weeks and I'm out a place to live and no visitation with my son. Just like that, what justice. Someone like this is more of a criminal and deserves to be in jail.

There is a clause says that I must not transfer, borrow against, sell, hide or destroy property, except in the usual course of business or for necessities of life. Obvisously this doesn't apply to her, since she nearly wiped out our bank balance. Here's the kicker, I'm the sole earner. Now I have to support my current home, where I can't go, and find a new place to stay, which I can't afford.

The TRO is from the Norwalk court and I need a local lawyer to defend against this. Plus, proceed with a divorce and get custody/visitation of my son.
