Receive a requested conference with judge

when I go to court. Can I request a conference with the judge and receive one? thank you , jim

To the extent that you would like to meet with the judge in chambers in the presence of the other party or the other party's attorney, that may happen. However, it is unlikely that a judge will conference with you alone. That would be construed as an ex part� communication and could give the appearance of judicial impartiality.
