Getting my back owed child support
I am running into problems with Fresno County. They say I am owed back child support, but they say it is going to go to my child not me???? I am the one who worked many extra hours, I am yhe one indebt up to my neck and then some for all that had to be paid dispite not getting support years ago!! This seems wrong. Whats Up??
