Legal Question in Family Law in California

CA San Diego Family Court: Both parties agreed to the current mediation recommendations to modify child visitation and custody on 5/22 . The other parties lawyer agreed to prepare the final document. Court has ordered that he gets it done and filed within court "guidelines". How much time does that give him ask he is not returning my calls or letting me know the status of the final stipulation? What can I do if court guidelines and time allotted requirements aren't met.
