Computer Hacking & Custody

my ex has hacked into my personal computer and email accounts and is now using information and compromising pictures of me as a bribe. He is threatening to show my personal emails and the pictures to the judge in our child custody case if i do give him everything he wants. What are my options here?

Such evidence is inadmissable under Family Code Section 2022 and Penal Code Section 631. If he uses it he can be subject to a $2,500 fine and one year in jail. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
