When the court gives full custody to he father. Can i still fight again in the future to get custody over my daughter?

More information is needed as to the type of custody you reference. If the battle is over establishing legal custody, that is to say making decisions for health education and welfare, you can absolutely return to deal with those issues.

If you're concerned about returning on adjusting the timeshare between the parents , the court will always be open to adjusting the parenting time share with the child until the child becomes 18 years of age or up to the age of 19 if they are still in high school.
