Custodio Parent

The mother has temp.custody of miner child . mother is now in the hospital who does the minor child go too. the father or the grandparents of the mother (mother was adopted)

If mother is in the hospital, generally, the father should take care of the child. Grand Parents have no rights, the father does. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
