Legal Question in Family Law in California
custody between father and mother. father lives in Washington and mother and child in California. Case is being heard in Washington. there's evidence that the child has been raped and molested for the past two yrs. The acting judge won't listen to the findings and has threatened to give full custody to father if the mother goes to cps or police one more time. And has held the mother in contempt of court. Is there anyway to have this judge removed?

If the case is venued in Washington, you have to ask the question with a designation of WA law, not CA. We CA lawyers can't answer WA questions.
